Credit scores are a mystery that can have a huge impact on your life. They affect everything from whether or not you get a loan, to the interest rate you will ultimately pay. Linda Ferarri, an expert in credit remediation from the Credit Resource Corporation recently spoke with lenders about the factors that affect credit scores. Felicia Holden, a mortgage loan officer with the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, shared it with our office of Kinlin Grover Real Estate agents, and with her permission I'll now share it with you.

This post made an excellent point that it is important for us to be mindful of our credit score when we are looking to apply loans. It is important that we monitor our credit score because it can impact our eligibility. Assuming I am looking to apply for credit installment, I will definitely look at my scores to be certain I am in the good.
