This is the Upper Cape

The Upper Cape is the first thing you reach after the bridges.  It includes Sandwich, Bourne, Mashpee and Falmouth.  

Other villages and hamlets in the Upper Cape include E. Falmouth, Falmouth Village, Hatchville, N. Falmouth, Teaticket, Waquoit, W. Falmouth, Woods Hole, Falmouth Heights, Popponessett and New Seabury.

This is the Mid Cape

You might prefer the Mid Cape .  It's Barnstable, Yarmouth and Dennis.

Also Barnstable Village, Centerville, Cotuit, Hyannis, Marstons Mills, Osterville, West Barnstable, Cummaquid, Hyannis Port, Santuit, Wianno, South Yarmouth, Bass River, West Yarmouth, Yarmouth Port, North Dennis, East Dennis, South Dennis and Dennisport. 

This is the Lower Cape

The Lower Cape comprises Harwich, Brewster, Orleans and Chatham and little villages within.  

Plus West Harwich, North Harwich, Harwich Center, Harwich Port, East Harwich, Pleasant Lake, West Brewster, South Brewster, East Brewster, South Chatham, West Chatham, North Chatham, Chatham Port, South Orleans.

This is the Outer Cape

Any farther than Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown, and you'll be swimming with whales. 

The Outer Cape Includes South Eastham, Eastham Village, North Eastham, South Wellfleet, Wellfleet Village, South Truro, and North Truro.  

By the time they got to Provincetown they ran out of names.  It's just Provincetown.
