For the third Wednesday in a row, yet another winter storm has brought life on Cape Cod to a standstill. Schools and offices are closed. Messages on social media reflect a growing impatience with the cold. According to my friend the meteorologist Wayne Mahar, Cape Cod has had an approximate 22 percent increase in typical snowfall this winter. Feels like even more.
